Es mi propósito, en el siguiente artículo de reflexión, esbozar los caracteres generales de los regímenes aduaneros de importación y exportación que gobiernan la estructura del comercio exterior colombiano con relación a la obra de arte, y señalar algunos aspectos que podrían facilitar su logística al momento de iniciar y más tarde concluir el proceso de desaduanamiento de esta y, aunque conozco lo problemático del asunto, eso no será obstáculo para llevar a cabo esta tarea reflexiva
The purpose in the following reflection article is to outline the general characteristics of the import and export customs regulations that govern the structure of Colombian foreign trade in relation to artwork, and to point out some aspects that could facilitate its logistics at the moment of being able to start and later conclude the customs clearance process for this and, although it is well known how problematic the matter is, that will not be an obstacle for carrying out this reflective task.
