El maltrato infantil es una de las manifestaciones más lamentables de la violencia. Desde el punto de vista de la sociedad, determinar cuáles son los indicadores que inciden en el maltrato infantil es el propósito de la siguiente investigación. Constituye un tema muy sensible y difícil de tratar, pues afecta la intimidad del hogar y el mundo interior de las relaciones familiares y sociales. En esta investigación se utilizaron métodos empíricos, teóricos y matemáticoestadísticos como vías para obtener la información y el procesamiento de datos que permitió arribar a conclusiones y generalizaciones. Es importante tener siempre presente que las acciones negativas inciden en el desarrollo evolutivo del niño, lo marcan para toda su vida, sus emociones, conducta, carácter y personalidad dependerán en buena medida de estas, que en un momento determinado de sus vidas, recibieron, de ahí la importancia de este trabajo, pues temas que incluyan mejorar la calidad de vida y el bienestar de los infantes, son prioritarios en nuestra sociedad, la Revolución Cubana ha realizado y realiza múltiples esfuerzos en beneficio de la niñez. Los instrumentos aplicados en la investigación posibilitaron descubrir el móvil de la actuación de la estudiante, fuente inspiradora de este trabajo, evidenció que la comunicación es factor determinante de la trasmisión de comportamiento, que los principales indicadores de la conducta desviada y los factores incidentes en el maltrato infantil, están estrechamente relacionados con patrones socioculturales que los niños reproducen en su conducta diaria y que provienen, esencialmente, de su entorno familiar.
Child abuse is one of the most appalling manifestations of violence. From the point of view of society, identify indicators that affect child abuse is the purpose of the following investigation .It is a very sensitive and difficult issue to deal with, it affects the privacy of home and the inner world of the family and social relationships. In this research, empirical, theoretical and mathematical-statistical methods were used as a means to obtain information and data processing that allowed reaching conclusions and generalizations. It is important to keep in mind that negative actions affect the child development, mark child for life, Child's emotions, behavior, character and personality depend largely on these factors that at some point in their lives they received, hence the importance of this work, as issues including improving the quality of life and well-being of infants, are priorities in our society, the Cuban Revolution has done and multiplies efforts on behalf of children. The instruments used in the research made possible to discover the motive for the performance of the student, inspiring source of thiswork, showed that communication is determinant of transmission behavior, leading indicators of deviant behavior and incidents factors in the child abuse, are closely related to social and cultural patterns that children play in their daily behavior and come essentially from their family environment.
