Debido al ajuste realizado a la malla curricular de la carrera de Educación Básica, Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil, a partir del I semestre del presente año, prescinden de las prácticas preprofesionales Primero y Segundo ciclo, por eso basados en la observación de una cinta, se realizó el 12 de julio 2019 un cine foro, allí se dio a conocer varios puntos que hacen reflexionar. El cine foro es una herramienta metodológica que facilita y enriquece el diálogo entre el espectador y la obra audiovisual, teniendo la capacidad de involucrarnos en realidades similares y distintas a las nuestras, permite identificarse con los personajes y las situaciones mostradas, y así desafía posturas frente a dilemas de la vida. Ello le otorga el enorme potencial de integrar diversión y formación, lo cual sumado a la familiaridad que tienen los niños, niñas y jóvenes con el medio audiovisual lo convierte en una amigable herramienta educativa. Varios autores plantean que la inserción del cine en el currículo de la educación crea un ambiente de aprendizaje único y motivador para propiciar el desarrollo de competencias complejas relacionadas con la disciplina de la orientación y la psicología; además, se complementó con una mesa redonda titulada “Tensiones en el aprendizaje”, como técnica de investigación y estrategia de trabajo socializado basada en las técnicas expositivas y el desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas, fue realizada por la tutora y docentes institucionales, siendo un aporte para la producción de este ensayo académico.

Several authors suggest that the insertion of cinema in the education curriculum creates a unique and motivating learning environment to promote the development of complex skills related to the discipline of orientation and psychology; In addition, it was complemented by a round table entitled “Tensions in learning”, as a research technique and socialized work strategy based on expository techniques and the development of communication skills, it was carried out by teachers and institutional tutors, being a contribution to the production of this academic essay.
