Sin duda alguna los mandos intermedios de un aparato organizado de poder constituyen una pieza de gran importancia, pues permiten articular las decisiones emitidas por la dirigencia con las actividades que los adláteres desplegarán. Pero no en todos los casos la intervención de un mando medio puede ser entendida como de suma trascendencia para la ejecución de injustos.
Así, en algunas ocasiones el mando medio se limitará a retransmitir las disposiciones de la cúpula; mientras que en otras ejercerá el poder que sobre una parcela de la organización le reconoce el aparato de poder. Teniendo en cuenta esas dos posibilidades de intervención, el presente trabajo propone diversos títulos de imputación, según sea el caso.
Undoubtedly, the middle management of an organized apparatus of power is a very important element, since it makes it possible to articulate the decisions issued by the leadership with the activities to be carried out by the followers. But not in all cases the intervention of a middle management can be understood as being of the utmost importance for the execution of injustices. Thus, on some occasions the middle command will limit itself to relaying the dispositions of the leadership; while on others it will exercise the power over a part of the organization recognized by the apparatus of power.
