This article examines the origin, the legislative iter and the current regulation of the New Telework Law in Peru in a special context, both economically and socially. Therefore, it is developed in three sections: first, the circumstances that gave rise to teleworking with the use of new technologies; second, the legislative iter to know the path of how this Law has been reached.
