Un año más continuamos con el análisis de sanciones impuestas por la AEPD en aplicación del RGPD, LOPDGDD y LSSICE. Incluimos prácticos gráficos que recogen de manera visual la información por meses, por infracciones y por cuantías en cada sector. Además, hemos incluido un gráfico de los totales por año; así como una tabla que resume los hechos infractores, clasificándolos por sectores, e indicando los preceptos vulnerados y la cuantía de la sanción para cada caso, con expresa mención si ha habido terminación por pago en periodo voluntario. Como novedad, una nueva tabla que compara los datos con años anteriores en el mismo periodo y un gráfico con los porcentajes comparando con los datos en los años 2021, 2022 y 2023 a lo largo del mismo periodo. Nuevos sectores multados, reposiciones aceptadas y menores cuantías son las novedades que marcan este primer semestre del 2023.
Once again this year we continue with the analysis of sanctions imposed by the AEPD in application of the RGPD, LOPDGDD and LSSICE. We include practical graphs that visually show the information by month, by infringement and by amount in each sector. In addition, we have included a graph of the totals by year, as well as a table summarising the infringing acts, classifying them by sector, and indicating the precepts infringed and the amount of the sanction for each case, with express mention of whether there has been termination for payment in the voluntary period. As a novelty, a new table comparing the data with previous years in the same period and a graph with the percentages comparing with the data in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 over the same period. New sectors fined, repossessions accepted and lower amounts are the novelties that mark this first half of 2023.
