Tras las dificultades iniciales en relación a la normativa aplicable a las «Sociedades Urbanísticas» y a su restrictiva interpretación, las posteriores interpretaciones unido a la normativa tras la crisis a raíz de la pandemia a principios de 2020 y a la situación geopolítica con un fuerte impacto en la sociedad española, han puesto de manifiesto la evidencia de la necesidad de un sector público potente y, han ido en la línea que indicaba AVS, facilitándonos la labor a los gestores públicos como agentes de la recuperación.
After the initial difficulties in relation to the regulations applicable to the « Urban Societies» and their restrictive interpretation, the subsequent interpretations, together with the regulations after the crisis following the pandemic at the beginning of 2020 and the geopolitical situation with a strong impact on Spanish society, have highlighted the evidence of the need for a powerful public sector and have gone along the lines indicated by AVS, facilitating the work of public managers as agents of recovery.
