En un marco de las transiciones, el artículo defiende la necesidad de enlazar la optimización de la regulación consciente pública (RCP), practicable dentro del sistema económico capitalista (SEC), con verdaderas dinámicas de transición, orientadas hacia un desarrollo al- ternativo (DAL), sin que haya necesidad de precisar hoy por hoy sus rasgos y su lógica de funcionamiento dado el clima de incertudimbre en el que se inserta.
In a framework oriented towards transitions, the article defends the need to link the optimization of public conscious regulation (PCR) practicable within the capitalist economic system (CES), with real transition dynamics, oriented towards an alternative development (AD), without there being any need to specify its features and its logic of operation at present, given the context of uncertainty in which it is inserted.
