El presente artículo tiene por objeto el dictamen de peritos como medio de prueba y, en concreto, la regulación relativa a su anuncio y aportación en el procedimiento civil. En particular, se analizan las problemáticas interpretativas que plantean en la práctica algunas cuestiones relativas al anuncio y aportación del dictamen de peritos y cómo las mismas han sido resueltas por la jurisprudencia.
The purpose of this article is to analyse the expert report as a means of evidence and, specifically, the regulation related to its announcement and submission in civil proceedings. Particularly, this article analyses the interpretive problems that the announcement and submission of the expert questions regulation poses and the way in which courts have solved it.
