O presente trabalho resgata a regulamentação da educação a distância em nível médio, no Estado de São Paulo. A análise das Deliberações e Indicações prolatadas pelo Conselho Estadual de Educação, nos permite verificar como o poder público acompanhou e estabeleceu diretrizes em sua evolução e chegou nos dias atuais. Foi feita pesquisa e análise documental para o estabelecimento do fluxo histórico constitutivo da atual regulamentação.
This paper reviews the regulation of distance education at the high school level in the State of São Paulo. The analysis of the Deliberations and Indications issued by the State Council of Education, allows us to verify how the public power followed and established guidelines in its evolutionand reached the present day. Documentary research and analysis were carried out to establish the historical flow constitutive of the current regulations.
