Different assignments are assigned to the school manager. These diversify according to the perception of the managers themselves, researchers who dedicate themselves to their study and legal demands, as discussed in this chapter. The development of skills that enable managers to fulfill these attributions has, at the very least, initial and continuing education as fundamental conditions, as well as the context of action itself. These conditions are analyzed detailing studies and regulations that delimit and guide them.
Diferentes atribuições são destinadas ao gestor escolar. Essas se diversificam de acordo com a percepção dos próprios gestores, de pesquisadores que dedicam ao seu estudo e de demandas legais, conforme discussão tecida neste capítulo. O objetivo é identificar as competências que possibilitam os gestores a atenderem as atribuições com condições fundamentais a formação inicial e a continuada, bem como o próprio contexto de atuação. Trata-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, documental, descritiva. Os resultados apresentam o gestor escolar Essas condições são analisadas detalhando estudos e normativas que as delimitam e pautam.
