Resumen de Formação socioeconômica e externalidades negativas: um olhar sobre a realidade campoverdense

  The socioeconomic formation of Campo Verde -MT, as well as its negative externalities, are the result of technical advances as an inducer of production and/or arrangement of rural and urban space in the referred municipality; considering that the process that culminated in the urban spatial configuration is recent and accelerated, thus constituting a problem because it was based on the lack of planning, considering thattwenty years after its emancipation, the municipality still does not have a master plan. Thus, the arrangement of the urban space constitutes a fragmented capitalist urban space that is at the mercy of real estate agents who make the exploitation of this a veiled way of segregating the less affluent population in terms of economic and, above all, social bias, through of speculation; making the urban space a place of exclusion and inclusion where the individual who has enough purchasing power to meet the ills imposed by the real estate agent is included.

  A formação socioeconômica de Campo Verde -MT, bem como suas externalidades negativas, são frutos do avanço técnico como indutor da produção e ou arranjo do espaço rural e urbano no referido município; tendo em vista que o processo que culminou com a configuração espacial urbana é recente e acelerado constituindo-se assim numa problemática pois foi pautado na inexistência de um planejamento haja vista que vinte anos após sua emancipação o município ainda não conta com um plano diretor. Sendo assim o arranjodo espaço urbano constitui-se em um espaço urbano capitalista fragmentado que está à mercê dos agentes imobiliários que fazem da exploração deste uma maneira velada de segregar a população menos abastada no que se refere ao viés econômico e sobretudo social, por intermédio da especulação; tornando o espaço urbano um local de exclusão e inclusão onde é incluído o indivíduo que possui poder aquisitivo suficiente para atender as mazelas impostas pelo agente imobiliário.
