El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar si los adolescentes y jóvenes varones de entre 18 y 22 años identifican los elementos machistas de la pornografía, y si dichos elementos son incorporados a sus vidas afectivo-sexuales privadas, perpetuando y reproduciendo roles y estereotipos de género clásicos y desiguales. Para ello, se han examinado con detalle publicaciones científicas sobre la pornografía, las representaciones de esta y el impacto que puede generar en las personas consumidoras. Del mismo modo, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis cuantitativo, a través de encuestas a varones con el perfil descrito previamente, realizada por un total de 48 hombres que viven en distintos municipios de Valencia. Los resultados obtenidos han mostrado que el 87,4% de los encuestados sí consume pornografía, y que casi el 80% sostiene que la relación sexual heterosexual que se representa está basada en la desigualdad entre el hombre y la mujer, donde esta ocupa un rol sumiso frente al rol dominante masculino. Así mismo, un 75,8% no utiliza la pornografía como herramienta de aprendizaje y rechazan la relación desigual que se representa, sin embargo, la gran mayoría tienen deseos o fantasías basadas en prácticas sexuales clásicas y desiguales.
The aim of this paper is to determine wether adolescents and young men aged 18-22 identify the sexist elements of pornography, and if these elements are incorporated into their private affective-sexual lives, perpetuating and reproducing classic and unequal gender roles and stereotypes. For this, scientific publications on pornography, its representations and the impact it can have on consumers have been examined in detail. In the same way, a quantitative analysis has been carried out, through surveys of men with the profile described previously, carried out by a total of 48 men who lived in different municipalities of Valencia. The results obtained have shown that 87,4% of those surveyed do consume pornography, and that almost 80% maintain that the heterosexual sexual relationship that is represented is based on inequality between men and women, where women play a role submissive in front of the man who has a dominant role. Likewise, 75,8% do not use pornography as a learning tool and reject the unequal relationship that is represented, however, the vast majority have desires or fantasies based on classic and unequal sexual practices.
