Securities over movables in Italy. A new codificazion? The paper focuses and examines the issue of the possibility of carrying out a new codification of the law of securities on movables in the perspective of a revision of the Italian Civil Code. The investigation concludes in the sense of excluding the opportunity to make changes that do not derive from the law of the European Union.
