Esta nota pedagógica es una guía para ayudar a los profesores a utilizar el caso práctico “La implantación del Sistema Español de Calidad Turística en Destinos (SICTED)”. Primero, la nota explica los objetivos de aprendizaje del caso, es decir, lo que el estudiante aprenderá resolviéndolo. A continuación, describe su pedagogía básica, con datos como los estudios, niveles y asignaturas en los que es apropiado. Después, informa sobre su contenido mediante un resumen del caso. Seguidamente, indica la metodología de investigación utilizada para elaborarlo. Luego especifica los temas clave y los vínculos teóricos, o sea, las teorías, modelos o conceptos que el caso permite poner en práctica. Después formula unas preguntas de discusión y sugiere unas respuestas. Finalmente, presenta una bibliografía.
This is a teaching guide for the case study "Adoption of the Integrated Quality System for Spanish Tourist Destinations (SICTED)". It begins with a description of the learning objectives of the case study, i.e. what students will learn by working on it. Then there are basic educational proposals, with guidance on courses, levels and subjects where it would be appropriate. There follows an outline of the research methodology used to compile it. Then there are the key issues and theoretical links, i.e. the theories, models and concepts that have a bearing on the case. There follow some questions for discussion and some suggested answers. And finally there is a bibliography.
