Motivación en las resoluciones administrativas

    En el presente artículo científico se analizó la falta de motivación dentro de las resoluciones administrativas emitidas por el Sistema para el Control de Estacionamiento Rotativo Tarifado y Parqueo Indebido, conocido como el departamento “SERT” de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Movilidad, Tránsito y Transporte de Cuenca (EMOV EP), año 2021. De tipo descriptiva documental. Los resultados mostraron que existe falta de motivación en más del 82,43% de la totalidad de los expedientes, demostrando así, la hipótesis planteada. Adicionalmente, se constató que la falta de motivación se presenta por la inadecuada aplicación de plantillas en las resoluciones, provocando así, la vulneración de derechos de los administrados.

    In this scientific article, the lack of motivation within the administrative resolutions issued by the System for the Control of Tariffed Rotating Parking and Undue Parking, known as the "SERT" department of the Municipal Public Company of Mobility, Transit and Transportation of Cuenca (EMOV EP), year 2021, was analyzed. Descriptive documentary type. The results showed that there is a lack of motivation in more than 82.43% of the totality of the files, thus demonstrating the hypothesis proposed. In addition, it was found that the lack of motivation is due to the inadequate application of templates in the resolutions, thus causing the violation of the rights of the administered.
