Este estudio se elaboró con el interés de indagar sobre el trabajo en el aula, dentro del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, para conocer la percepción de cada uno de los actores de dicho proceso. Las instituciones de educación se han visto rebasadas por los avances de la ciencia, la tecnología y el entorno global en general.
Los resultados más relevantes, son: la discrepancia entre maestro-alumno referente a los métodos de enseñanza y por consiguiente al aprendizaje, pues los alumnos refieren carencia en investigación, práctica y motivación por parte del maestro, sin embargo el maestro asegura mostrar un desempeño que es suficiente para el campo formativo del estudiante.
Por lo anterior, se cuenta con estudiantes que no se les invita a razonar, a crear, a innovar y por consiguiente a desempeñarse de manera libre, buscando una formación que lo prepare para enfrentar los retos que implica el mundo laboral.
This study was developed with the interest of inquiring about the work in the classroom, in the process of teaching – learning, to know the perception of each of the actors in this process. Educational institutions have been overtaken by advances in Science, Technology and the Global Environment in general.
The most relevant results are: the discrepancy between teacher-student regarding teaching methods and thus, learning, as students refer gap in research, practice and motivation by the teacher, however the teacher assures to show performance that is enough for the student training field.
Therefore, there are students who are not invited to reason, to create, to innovate and thus to perform freely, looking for training to prepare him to face the challenges of the working world.
