El trabajo aborda una temática acerca de la formación y desarrollo de las habilidades en general, y la habilidad lectura de mapas en particular que deben dominar los estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Geografía, para poder acceder a la información que brindan los mapas. Es una contribución a la necesidad de responder a una insuficiencia del banco de problemas en la Escuela de IIº Ciclo Xavier Samacau, en la República de Angola. El trabajo tiene como objetivo reflexionar en torno a la necesidad de buscar el desarrollo de la habilidad lectura de mapas en los estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Geografía, onceno grado. En su concepción se utilizaron métodos, procedimientos y técnicas de la investigación educacional.
The work approaches a thematic one about the formation and development of the abilities in general, and the ability reading of maps in particular that the students should dominate in the process of teaching-learning of the Geography, to be able to consent to the information that they offer the maps. It is a contribution to the necessity of responding to an inadequacy of the bank of problems in the School of IIº Cycle Xavier Samacau, in the Republic of Angola. The work have objective to meditate around the necessity of looking for the development of ability reading the maps in the process of teaching-learning of the Geography eleventh degree. In their conception methods were used, procedures and technical of the educational research.
