El artículo refleja los resultados que alcanza la inclusión de la Universidad a través de la gestión de conocimiento en espacios comunitarios. La metodología trabajo social comunitario, a través de la investigación acción participativa permitió avances en la gestión del desarrollo local. El proyecto fortalece la integración etaria con equidad de género, incrementa la inclusión social con mayor participación e integración comunitaria. La revitalización de las tradiciones y la identidad para propiciar saberes que generen mayor impacto social son parte de las herramientas que brinda la metodología en el desarrollo cultural y comunitario. La familia no posee los recursos necesarios para satisfacer sus necesidades básicas y no posea las herramientas para hacer frente a sus problemas; es por ello que la investigación se sustenta sobre la base de la equidad social a través del trabajo comunitario que alcanza niveles teóricos y prácticos en su desarrollo.
The article reflects the results that it reaches the inclusion of the University through the management of knowledge in community spaces. The methodology social community work it allowed advances in the management of the local development through the investigation participatory action. The project strengthens the integration by age with gender justness; it increases the social inclusion with more participation and community integration. The revitalization of the traditions and the identity are part of the tools that offers the methodology in the cultural and community development to propitiate knowledge that generate social bigger impact. The family doesn't possess the necessary resources to satisfy its basic necessities and doesn’t possess the tools to make in front of their problems; it is hence that the investigation is sustained on the base of the social justness through the community work that reaches theoretical and practical levels in their development.
