    Este estudio examina el Reglamento (UE) 2022/2554 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 14 de diciembre de 2022 sobre la resiliencia operativa digital del sector financiero. Comienza por exponer sus aspectos generales, para seguir con la estructura (elementos subjetivos y objetivos) y el funcionamiento del sistema de gestión del riesgo operativo digital que las entidades financieras deberán aplicar a partir del 17 de enero de 2025.

    This study examines Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 14, 2022 on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector. It begins by exposing its general aspects, to continue with the structure (subjective and objective elements) and the operation of the digital operational risk management system that financial institutions must apply as of January 17, 2025.
