El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo demostrar la necesidad de una educación ambiental empresarial desde la óptica de la economía política y sus funciones como ciencia para lograr una adecuada relación entre economía y medio ambiente. La educación ambiental de la fuerza de trabajo es clave para que, durante el proceso de reproducción de la misma, exista plena correspondencia entre el ejercicio de su existencia y el respeto a la naturaleza. En el desarrollo de la misma utilizamos el método de análisis – síntesis para la caracterización del objeto y campo de acción de la investigación, el método sistémico – estructural – funcional en la explicación del objeto de la investigación y la modelación del campo de acción.
The present work has as objective to demonstrate the necessity of a managerial environmental education from the optics of the political economy and its functions as science to achieve an appropriate relationship between economy and environment. The environmental education of the work force is key so that, during the process of reproduction of the same one, exist full correspondence between the exercise of its existence and the respect to the nature. In the development of the same one we use the analysis method - synthesis for the characterization of the object and field of action of the investigation, the systemic method - structural - functional in the explanation of the object of the investigation and the modelación of the action field.
