  El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de conocer acera del tema propuesto para investigar acerca de la afectación de la tutela efectiva de la afectación de la tutela efectiva de derechos por la incitación a la terminación anticipada en proceso inmediato, Abancay-2018 en los procesos inmediatos, en casos que se vulnera los derechos procesales para lo cual se aplicó una tesina de recolección de datos realizando la investigación de tipo mixta, incluyendo para ello los parámetros cualitativos y cuantitativos y así poder llegar a establecer el siguiente objetivo general, determinar el actor procesal que incita a la terminación anticipada en el desarrollo del proceso inmediato, Abancay – 2018, así como los siguientes objetivos específicos: Determinar qué principio que afecta la incitación a la terminación anticipada en el desarrollo del proceso inmediato, Abancay - 2018; Determinar la limitación ante los sujetos procesales en la celebración de la terminación anticipada en los procesos inmediatos, Abancay – 2018.
