Este trabajo investigativo pretende hacer énfasis en el empleo de los mapas conceptuales como herramienta fundamental en el diagrama inicial de cualquier estudio científico así como parte básica del aprendizaje significativo, esta técnica de representación conceptual permite que se siga una misma línea de estudio sin desviarse del tema principal pues éste será siempre la base del diagrama y estará enmarcado con las normas vigentes de la metodología científica, adicionalmente, estos esquemas, también se pueden realizar por medios computacionales usando diferentes software los cuales facilitan enormemente el trabajo al investigador, convirtiéndose en una ayuda primordial en la labor investigativa con la ventaja de que su empleo es libre y su manejo es intuitivo e interactivo como todo proceso de aprendizaje.
This investigation aims to emphasize the use of concept mapping as a fundamental tool in the initial diagram of any scientific study, as well as a basic part of meaningful learning, this technical representation of concepts allow us to follow the same line of study without deviating from the main theme as this will always be the basis of the diagram and will be framed with current standards of scientific methodology, in addition, these schemes can also be performed by means of computer using different software which greatly facilitate the work to the searcher, becoming an essential aid in the investigative process with the advantage that it use is free and its management is intuitive and interactive as all learning process.
