El presente artículo trata de identificar todos los aspectos sobre la evolución de la educación a lo largo de todos estos años, presentando los cambios que se han realizado, las estructuras organizacionales planteadas a través de los distintos gobiernos, modificaciones en los sistemas establecidos por gobiernos anteriores y la efectividad sugerida a los diferentes estudiantes y futuros profesionales tomando en cuenta las personas que lograron la finalización del proceso completo.
This article aims to identify all aspects on the development of education over the years, showing the changes that have been made, raised organizational structures through the various Governments, modifications in the systems established by previous Governments and the effectiveness suggested for different students and future professionals taking into account people who managed the completion of the entire process.
