El presente documento es un acercamiento a los sistemas de producción piscícolas y las condiciones de los mismos en el departamento de Sucre, iniciando con una revisión bibliográfica del estado de la piscicultura en el país y su importancia económica, hasta llegar a las condiciones productivas del sector en departamento, estos resultados fueron obtenidos mediante la implementación de instrumentos de caracterización productiva a 30 organizaciones piscícolas distribuidas por las 5 subregiones del departamento. Esta investigación se desarrolla en el marco del proyecto financiando por el Fondo de CTeI del Sistema General de Regalías (FCTeI – SGR), como parte del programa de Ciencia Tecnología e innovación del departamento de Sucre-Colombia; direccionado por el Servicio Nacional de aprendizaje SENA con dos (2) entidades aliadas: Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar y Universidad de Córdoba.
This document is an approach to fish production systems and their conditions in the department of Sucre, beginning with a bibliographic review of the state of fish farming in the country and its economic importance, until reaching the productive conditions of the sector. In department, these results were obtained through the implementation of productive characterization instruments to 30 fish farming organizations distributed by the 5 subregions of the department. This research is developed within the framework of the project financed by the CTeI Fund of the General Royalties System (FCTeI – SGR), as part of the Science, Technology and Innovation program of the department of Sucre-Colombia; Directed by the National Learning Service SENA with two (2) allied entities: Technological University of Bolívar and University of Córdoba.
