Law and religion are presented as relevant normative systems in the regulation of human life. Through the analysis of the areas they occupy and the regulatory strategies, differences and coincidences can be established. The discourse on truth, implicit in rights, raises the question of whether rights have become the “religion" of constitutional systems.
Diritto e religione sono presentati come sistemi normativi rilevanti nella regolazione della vita umana. Attraverso l’analisi delle aree che si occupano delle strategie normative, si possono stabilire differenze e punti di incontro. Il discorso sulla verità, implicito nei diritti, solleva la questione se i diritti siano diventati la “religione" dei sistemi costituzionali.
