    : Uno de los pilares de la nueva regulación introducida por la Directiva (UE) 2019/1023 de reestructuración e insolvencia y su transposición al derecho español por la Ley 16/2022 es la mayor importancia adquirida por los mecanismos preconcursales y los mecanismos de alerta temprana. Los ficheros de solvencia se configuran como una herramienta básica para esta finalidad. El objeto del presente trabajo es definir qué son los ficheros de solvencia, qué información contienen, cuál es su utilidad en este campo y qué iniciativas existen a nivel europeo de cara a su armonización

    One of the pillars of the new regulation introduced by Directive (EU) 2019/1023 on restructuring and insolvency and its transposition into Spanish law by Law 16/2022 is the increased importance gained by pre-bankruptcy mechanisms and early warning tools. Solvency registers are configured as a basic tool for this purpose.

    The purpose of this paper is to explain what solvency registers are, the information they contain, how useful they are in this field and what initiatives exist at European level aiming at their harmonization.
