El presente artículo analiza la compatibilidad entre las fórmulas de Jubilación Activa y el trabajo en los distintos colectivos y regímenes objeto de estudio, así como su discutible utilidad en relación con la mejora de nuestro sistema de pensiones.
Desde diversos escenarios que demuestran la complejidad del entramado normativo vigente, se analizan las disfunciones entre regímenes de la Seguridad Social y la existencia de un tratamiento especial y privilegiado de ciertos colectivos frente a otros, en especial sobre el colectivo del Régimen General, que parece ser a todas luces el menos favorecido en estas fórmulas de compatibilización entre pensión y trabajo.
Analizaremos cómo actúan estos mecanismos de jubilación activa y cuáles son las principales disfunciones en el Régimen General, en el Régimen de Clases Pasivas, Profesores universitarios y sanitarios eméritos, Autónomos, trabajadores colegiados no integrados en RETA, y profesionales de creación artística
This article tries to analyze and compare, from a critical point of view, the compatibility between active retirement and work, as well as its debatable usefulness in relation to the improvement of our pension system.
From various scenarios that demonstrate the complexity of the current regulatory framework, the dysfunctions between regimes and groups are analyzed, revealing the existence of groups with special treatment, placing them in a privileged position over others, especially over the group of the General Scheme, who seems to be clearly the least favored in the assumptions of compatibility between pension and work.
Thus, we will analyze how these active and adequate retirement mechanisms act are the main dysfunctions detected in the General Regime, in the Passive Classes Regime, Emeritus University Professors and Emeritus Health Graduates, Self-Employed, collegiate workers not integrated in the RETA, and artistic creation professionals.
