En el presente artículo, vamos a tratar de ver el progreso en la normativa y jurisprudencia actualizada respecto a la noción de consumidor por su trascendencia en el puesto que ocupan en el ámbito del despacho de ejecución, y la mirada a éstos que el tribunal debe poner en relación a aquellas materias que afectan a la especial protección que el ordenamiento jurídico confiere a los derechos de los consumidores y usuarios, debiendo extenderse su examen incluso a la validez de los convenios y, en particular, al de las cláusulas que resulten abusivas.
In this article, we will try to see the progress in the updated regulations and jurisprudence with regard to the notion of consumer due to their transcendence in the position they are occupying in the field of dispatch of execution, and the glance at them that the court must place in relation to those matters that affect the special protection that the judicial ordinance confers on the rights of consumers and users, extending its examination even to the validity of the conventions and, in particular, to that of the clauses that are abusive.
