    El artículo tiene como objetivo en analizar de qué manera el delito de feminicidio por violencia familiar es interpretado a la luz del enfoque del análisis cultural del Derecho. Este este tipo de delito y otros factores como los ataques en contra la mujer son temas de nivel mundial y que, al pasar del tiempo esto sigue siendo un problema latente dentro de la sociedad. Conclusión- el delito de feminicidio desde el factor familiar se puede evidenciar la cruda realidad de las aplicaciones normativas en el país y universo- por lo tanto, el presente articulo ha permitido desarrollar una revaloración del delito de feminicidio por violencia familiar lo cual fue enmarcado desde el enfoque del análisis cultural del derecho, evidenciando además los grandes vacíos existentes en nuestra legislación e incluso a nivel mundial

    The article aims to analyze how the crime of femicide due to family violence is interpreted in light of the approach of cultural analysis of Law. This type of crime and other factors such as attacks against women are global issues and, over time, this continues to be a latent problem within society. Conclusion- the crime of femicide from the family factor can show the harsh reality of the normative applications in the country and universe- therefore, this article has allowed to develop a reassessment of the crime of femicide due to family violence which was framed from the approach of the cultural analysis of law, also evidencing the great gaps in our legislation and even worldwide
