Se analiza, debate y describe, de manera sintetizada, la producción del derecho en la globalización hegemónica y el impacto del Tratado de Libre Comercio de América del Norte (TLCAN) en el sistema jurídico mexicano, a través del método teórico jurídico y la paráfrasis; entendiendo al derecho no sólo como un conjunto de normas que regulan una sociedad en un sistema nacional sino también en un orden globalizado, donde las reglas se ajustan a las exigencias internacionales, acorde con el orden hegemónico del que México forma parte y en particular con el TLCAN, el cual fue sustituido por el Tratado entre México, Estados Unidos y Canadá (T-MEC) en 2020, del que nos referiremos en otro momento
The production of law in hegemonic globalization and the impact of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) on the Mexican legal system are analyzed, debated and described, in a synthesized way, through the legal theoretical method and paraphrase; understanding the law not only as a set of norms that regulate a society in a national system but also in a globalized order, where the rules adjust to international requirements, in accordance with the hegemonic order of which Mexico is a part and in particular with the NAFTA, which was replaced by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) in 2020, which we will refer to in another moment
