    El presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar en profundidad lo que eran el contrato fijo-discontinuo y el contrato fijo-periódico, lo que son tras las reformas operadas por el RD-Ley 32/2021, y lo que pueden llegar a ser en función de los previsibles cambios interpretativos que se puedan realizar sobre algunas de sus principales condiciones de ejecución. El estudio aborda, muy especialmente, la fina delimitación de estas categorías con el contrato a tiempo parcial y su posible configuración como trabajo a llamada.

    The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth what the fixed-discontinuous contract and the fixed-periodic contract were, what they are after the reforms operated by RD-Law 32/2021, and what they can become depending on the foreseeable interpretative changes that may be made on some of its main conditions of execution. The study addresses, very especially, the fine delimitation of these categories with the part-time contract and its possible configuration as work on call.
