A lo largo del presente artículo abordaremos la evolución de las funciones reservadas partiendo de la Constitución de 1812, así como los requisitos exigibles para su desempeño en los diferentes regímenes jurídicos, desde los que restringían el acceso de la mujer a estos puestos hasta la actualidad. Actualidad que ahora viene marcada por una prevalencia en número de mujeres que acceden a la habilitación nacional. Analizaremos como pese a que las funciones reservadas no tienen género, el acceso al ejercicio de las mismas si lo ha tenido hasta hace poco tiempo.
Throughout this article we will address the evolution of reserved functions starting from the Constitution of 1812, as well as the requirements for their performance in the different legal regimes, from those that restricted women’s access to these positions to the present. News that is now marked by a prevalence in the number of women who access the national authorization. We will analyze how, despite the fact that the reserved functions have no gender, the access to exercise them has had until recently.
