El Consell Insular de Ibiza el 24 de junio de 2022 ha aprobado un Reglamento ejecutivo de normativa autonómica balear que, en parte, tiene contenido turístico: en concreto, a propósito del fomento de las agroestancias y de la comercialización de estancias turísticas en casas payesas, con la modalidad de alquiler de vivienda principal. En este artículo se versa esta novedad que trasciende lo estrictamente turístico, y se conduce hacia otras materias como el urbanismo, el patrimonio histórico y la agricultura.
The Island Council of Ibiza on June 24, 2022 has approved an executive regulation of Balearic regional regulations that, in part, has tourist content: specifically, with regard to the promotion of agro-stays and the marketing of tourist stays in country houses, with the main residence rental modality. This article deals with this novelty that transcends the strictly tourist, and leads to other subjects such as urban planning, historical heritage and agriculture.
