El impacto de la pandemia por COVID-19 ha convertido en urgente la coordinación de los sistemas sanitario y social y ha puesto el foco en nuevos riesgos y necesidades. Las medidas de coordinación social y sanitaria deben asegurar una atención de calidad en los centros residenciales y garantizar que las personas residentes conserven y conjuguen sus derechos al cuidado sanitario desde el Sistema Nacional de Salud con los derivados de su situación de dependencia, con los estándares de calidad de ambos sistemas. Entre las condiciones para una efectiva coordinación de servicios sanitarios y sociales, es necesario destacar: una decidida inversión tecnológica y organizativa, visión a largo plazo, un marco de derechos garantizados en materia social y sanitaria, responsabilidad pública con participación privada. Para la cohesión de la atención sociosanitaria es fundamental definir los perfiles de la población sociosanitiaria, estableciendo para ello un procedimiento único de información y acceso que sea común a nivel estatal, definir la composición del equipo de gestión de casos y una historia sociosanitaria única y compartida. La implantación de la Historia Social Única Digital (HSUE) ha supuesto una apuesta por la gestión digital, así como un importante avance e innovación en el ámbito de los Servicios Sociales en Andalucía.

The introduction of the Single Digital Social History (HSUE) has meant a commitment to digital management, as well as an important advance and innovation in the field of Social Services in Andalusia.
