Se analiza la participación y comportamiento de mujeres investigadoras en el SNIde Conacyt en el estado de Tlaxcala 2018-2020. Se muestra que, la proporción de científicas en el país aumentó un punto porcentual de 37% a 38%; sin embargo, en Tlaxcala, se incrementó ocho puntos porcentuales en el mismo periodo, a pesar de ello, hay ausencia de políticas que incentiven la participación de científicas. Así en Tlaxcala, es posible afirmar que, el número de científicas en el SNI a nivel nacional esmenor que los hombres por lo que en Tlaxcala se logró disminuir la brecha de género.
The participation and behavior of female researchers in the SNI of Conacyt in the state of Tlaxcala 2018-2020is analyzed. It is shown that the proportion of women scientists in the country increased one percentage point from 37% to 38%; however, in Tlaxcala, it increased eight percentage points in the same period, despite this, there is an absence of policies that encourage the participation of female scientists. Thus, in Tlaxcala, it is possible to affirm that the number of female scientists in the SNI at the national level is less than men, so in Tlaxcala the gender gap was reduced.
