El objetivo principal de este artículo es presentar una alternativa teórica a la doctrina dominante del justicialismo (cuyos postulados son acordes con los fundamentos del formalismo jurídico y la visión normativista del derecho). Esta alternativa se concreta en la defensa del humanismo tecnológico, cuyo plan integrador permite conciliar el progreso científico-tecnológico con los valores y principios de la cultura humanista que conforman el proyecto ilustrado de la modernidad.
The main aim of this article is to present a theoretical alternative to the dominant doctrine of justechnicism (whose postulates are in accordance with the foundations of legal formalism and the normativist view of law). This alternative is embodied in the defense of technological humanism, whose integrative plan makes it possible to reconcile scientific-technological progress with the values and principles of humanist culture that make up the enlightened project of modernity.
