El artículo está dedicado a mostrar la transformación de la noción de “Persona”, entendida como fundamento abstracto en favor del Estado Constitucional, en la de “hombre” sin más, en cuanto homo oeconomicus, el sujeto de la incipiente sociedad industrial, movida por las fuerzas del mercado. Otros aspectos son el intento hegeliano de introducir normas éticas reformuladas de un modo distinto, dentro de la Administración estatal, ligadas esas normas a sus esfuerzos por mitigar las profundas tensiones de los sistemas políticos modernos, a través de una idealizada conversión de la vieja beguinage en Gemeinde, o sea: en una comunidad integral entendida como el lugar en el que el Espíritu del Mundo se manifiesta, en cuanto transición a la filosofía hegeliana de la religión
The aim of this paper is to show the transformation of the notion of “Person” as an abstract ground for the “Constitutional State”, in that of “man” tout court, as homo oeconomicus of the incipient industrial and market-driven society. Other aspects are the Hegel’s attemp of introducing new reformulated ethical norms within state administration, bounded up with his efforts in order to alleviate the deep tensions of modern political systems through an idealized conversion of the old beguinage into the Gemeinde, that is: into an integral community as the place where the World Spirit manifests, as the transition to the Hegelian philosophy of religion
