Seguridad y privacidad para Registros Clínicos Electrónicos Portables apoyado en tecnología Blockchain: análisis bibliométrico

    El presente estudio efectúa un análisis bibliométrico de producción científica relacionada con la seguridad y privacidad de los Registros Clínicos Electrónicos (Electronic Health Records - EHR), especialmente en escenarios que requieren la portabilidad de los mismos. El análisis se realiza desde el campo de la ingeniería telemática, contemplando las tendencias en investigación a nivel mundial entre los años 2015 y 2020, principalmente a partir de casos en los que se documentan investigaciones con resultados aplicables a situaciones reales, teniendo presente que este estudio surge en el contexto colombiano, donde se proyecta tener implementada y operando la Historia Clínica Electrónica Interoperable en el año 2025. Finalmente se proponen tres grupos de clasificación de estudios, primero, los que se relacionan con la privacidad y seguridad, segundo, los referentes a normatividad y portabilidad de los EHR, y por último en los que se hace uso de tecnología Blockchain para soportar la privacidad y seguridad de los EHR.

    This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of scientific production related to the security and privacy of the Electronic Health Records (EHR), especially in scenarios that require the portability of the same. The analysis is carried out from the field of telematics engineering, contemplating trends in research worldwide between 2015 and 2020, mainly from cases in which investigations are documented with results applicable to real situations, bearing in mind that this study arises in the Colombian context, where it is planned to have implemented and operating the Interoperable Electronic Health History in 2025. Finally, three groups of classification of studies are proposed, first those related to privacy and security, second those related to the normativity and portability of the EHRs, and finally in which Blockchain technology is used to support the privacy and security of EHRs.
