Las retribuciones en especie y más concretamente la cesión del uso de automóviles por la empresa a sus trabajadores ha constituido de siempre motivo de conflicto entre la empresa y la Administración, pues ésta tiende a restringir, si no a disuadir, esta práctica retributiva tan habitual en los Países de nuestro entorno.
Remuneration in kind, and more specifically the leasing of automobiles by companies to their employees, has always been a source of conflict between the business community and the Administration, since the latter tends to restrict, even discourage, a remunerative practice that is highly common in neighbouring countries.
