The complexity of human relations is a concern of those who theorize socio-juridical contemporaneity. Historically, humanity presents the characteristic of the struggle for human powers and access to the spaces of coexistence. The phenomenon of migrations, ancient and contemporary, is no different. With this, the theme of this research is the complexity of human relations, with emphasis on the re-signification of the citizenship concept. Therefore, it aims to present some alternatives so that humanity can face this phenomenon with a fraternity spirit and solidarity actions, aiming at a more tolerant posture of acceptance of the characteristics of the other as being worthy of respect. Thus, the problem to be answered is: how can citizenship be an alternative to relativizing physical and cultural boundaries in favor of free migratory phenomena? The research is developed through the deductive method and the bibliographic research.
