El internet y las nuevas tecnologías han venido transformando la realidad desde la comunicación de todos ámbitos de comercialización y negociación. El abogado digital es una evolución satisfactoria para el espacio jurídico puesto que permite incursionar en la modernización de las tecnologías. La crisis del COVID19 rea-firmó que es necesario que las ramas del poder público evolucionen cada día más en la legislación y brinden más seguridad. Por ende, los objetivos del presente trabajo son, exponer las cualidades que debe tener un abogado digital para que así se disminuya el riesgo de vulneración de sus derechos, seguidamente expli-car los riesgos a los que se ve inmerso el abogado de innovación tecnológica y su regulación para analizar desde las políticas públicas del gobierno como se ha protegido y como falta buscar más control en un medio de red como lo es el internet.
The internet and new technologies have been transforming reality from the com-munication of all areas of marketing and negotiation. The digital lawyer is a satisfactory evolution for the legal space since it allows to venture into the mo-dernization of technologies. The COVID19 crisis reaffirmed that it is necessary for the branches of public power to evolve more and more in the legislation and provide more security. Therefore, the objectives of this work are to expose the qualities that a digital lawyer must have so that the risk of violation of their rights is reduced, then explain the risks to which the technological innovation lawyer is immersed and its regulation to analyze from the government’s public policies how it has been protected and how it is necessary to seek more control in a network medium such as the internet.
