Actualmente el estado venezolano está experimentando una serie de cambios y transformaciones a nivel de sus estructuras organizativas a fin de perfilar una mayor satisfacción de las demandas provenientes de la sociedad civil. Obviamente estos cambios han tenido su inmediata repercusión sobre los distintos ámbitos del acontecer nacional. En este sentido, vemos que la proyección internacional de Venezuela en el área del Caribe (espacio natural) ha registrado notables influencias orientándose a potenciar su rol como actor de primera línea en la protagonización de la agenda regional que a su vez esté articulada y refleje la situación real de Venezuela en función de su interés nacional. Ello indica que el Caribe representa aún una pieza clave para las aspiraciones de una incursión internacional competitiva que contempla el actual gobierno del presidente Hugo Chávez.
Currently the Venezuelan State is experimented a series of changes and transformations at level of its organizational structures in order to outlining a greater satisfaction of demands originated from the civil society. Obviously these changes have had their immediate repercussion on the different areas of the national agenda. In this sense, we see that the international projection of Venezuela in the area of the Caribbean (Natural space) have registered a notable influences being guided to empower its role as protagonist actor of the regional agenda and at the same time be articulated and reflected the real situation of Venezuela in function of its national interest. This indicates that the Caribbean still represents a key piece for the aspirations of a competitive international raid that envisages the current government of president Hugo Chávez.
