  Este trabajo tiene como objeto de análisis las nuevas tendencias en tema del aliud pro alio en el ordenamiento jurídico italiano con especial atención a las relaciones entre la disciplina general del Código Civil, por un lado, y la del Código del Consumo, por otro lado, por medio del concepto de “causa en concreto” del contrato.

  The aim of this paper is to analyse the new trends of the issue of the aliud pro alio in the Italian legal system.

  Through the concept of the “cause in the specific case” of the contract, there is a special attention to the relationships between the general discipline of the Civil Code, on the one hand, and that of the Consumer Code, on the other.
