El Gobierno español está preparando una nueva Ley de Protección de Datos en la que se incluyen de forma novedosa una serie de derechos digitales, entre los que se encuentra el conocido como derecho a la desconexión. The Spanish Government is preparing a new Law on Data Protection in which a series of digital rights are included in a novel way, among which is what is known as the right to disconnection. In dialogue with classical ethics, the article reveals some of the pre-juridical foundations on which the new right is based, starting from an analysis of the context that has its roots in what the philosopher Byung Chul-Han calls the burnout society.
