En este comentario se pretende, por un lado, poner de manifiesto el supuesto de hecho y la fundamentación jurídica que lleva al Juzgado de lo Social de Zamora a darle la razón a la trabajadora; y por otro, hacer una breve aproximación a la situación en la que se encuentran las familias monoparentales y a los argumentos en los que se basan sus peticiones.
In this commentary it is intended, on the one hand, to highlight the factual assumption and the legal foundation that leads the Social Court of Zamora to agree with the worker; and on the other, make a brief approach to the situation in which single-parent families find themselves and the arguments on which their requests are based.
