La Ley Orgánica 3/2021, de 24 de marzo, de regulación de la eutanasia, introduce en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico el derecho que corresponde a toda persona que cumpla con las condiciones exigidas a solicitar y recibir la ayuda necesaria para morir, el procedimiento que ha de seguirse y las garantías que han de observarse, así como, determina los deberes del personal sanitario que atiende a las personas solicitantes y a sus familias y las obligaciones de las administraciones e instituciones concernidas para asegurar el correcto ejercicio del derecho reconocido en esta Ley.
Organic Law 3/2021, of 24th march, on the regulation of euthanasia, introduces into our legal system the right of any person who fulfils the required conditions to request and receive the necessary help to die, the procedure to be followed and the guarantees to be observed, as well as determining the duties of the health personnel who attend to the applicants and their families and the obligations of the administrations and institutions concerned to ensure the correct exercise of the right recognised in this Law.
