El presente trabajo pretende abordar la incidencia que la adopción de medidas cautelares ha podido tener en la adquisición de la condición de parlamentario, el ejercicio de dichas funciones, así como su pérdida a consecuencia de la instrucción primero de la causa especial 20907-2017 y la posterior instrucción, juicio oral y sentencia del TS de 14 de octubre de 2018.
This paper aims to address the impact that the adoption of precautionary measures may have had on the acquisition of the status of parliamentarian, the exercise of these functions, as well as suspension from holding public office as a result of the first pre-trial investigation of the special case 20907-2017 and the subsequent investigation, oral hearing and judgement of the Supreme Court of 14 October 2018.
