Los sistemas de educación inclusiva se basan en un análisis de derechos que puedan dar autonomía a los estudiantes, celebrar la diversidad, combatir la discriminación y promover sociedades más inclusivas, lo que puede ser un método muy favorable para acabar con las desigualdades, pudiendo incluso acabar con discriminaciones muy arraigadas en la sociedad, dejando ver una mayor diversidad en los grupos sociales.El presente artículo integra el análisis el reconocimiento del derecho fundamental a la Educación y el interés superior del niño, desde el marco interpretativo del deber estatal en la promoción de la igualdad y la lucha contra las discriminaciones no solo en el marco estatal, sino mediante los compromisos internacionales en la materia. La educación inclusiva supondrá un mayor nivel educativo que permitirá una gama más amplia de estrategias educativas, tantas como necesidades educativas sean exigidas por los estudiantes y permitan la inclusión de niños y niñas independientemente del grado de diversidad funcional que sufran o la situación de marginalidad en la que se encuentren.
Inclusive education systems are based on an analysis of rights, which can give students autonomy, celebrate diversity, combat discrimination and promote more inclusive societies, which can be a very favorable method to end inequalities, even being able to end discrimination that is deeply rooted in society, showing greater diversity in social groups.This article integrates the analysis the recognition of the fundamental right to education and the best interests of the child, from the interpretative framework of the state duty in the promotion of equality and the fight against discrimination not only in the state framework, but through the international commitments in the matter.Inclusive education willmean a higher level of education that will allow a wider range of educational strategies, as many as educational needs are demanded by the diversity of students and allow the inclusion of children regardless of the degree of functional diversity they suffer or the situation of marginality in which they are.
