En este artículo se aborda la importancia que tiene el federalismo para ayudar en las relaciones de poder entre los gobiernos federal y local. Se aborda el tema desde dos aspectos: el federalismo histórico, desde sus surgimiento como parte del constitucionalismo en la Constitución Federal de 1824, con sus apreciaciones en cada una de las diversas disposiciones constitucionales de Estado y división territorial que ha tenido México hasta nuestros días y el federalismo actual en cuatro aspectos: a) El pacto fiscal; b) Vigilancia de las fronteras en los tiempos de Covid-19: c) Tratamiento de los temas de salud; y d) Medio ambiente, distribución del agua internacional. El federalismo no es un tema acabado, es muy extenso y puede ser tratado desde los diversos ámbitos de la vida nacional
In this article is about the the importance of the federalism, the federalism allows understanding the connection between the federal government and the local government and getting a good relationship. This article has two main parts, The history of the federalism from the first models through this first includes in the 1824's Federal Constitution and the actual precepts about State and territoria división about Mexico´s Territory.
